Downtown Opelika Engagement Session – Matt & Kayla

Despite the warm temperatures we’ve experienced lately, the weather cooled down a bit for Matt & Kayla’s engagement session in Downtown Opelika (well, in the shade at least!). It was so great to finally meet Matt and see their dynamic together as a couple. They both have such sweet personalities and they just meld together as a couple! Matt can always make her smile, which made my job easy!
I spotted this gigantic tree during a recent visit downtown and have been eager to take a couple to it.. this session was the perfect one!I’ll never get over this awesome wall near the courthouse!I’m so glad Matt  and Kayla brought along a second outfit for the session. I highly recommend doing this! I’m always here to help with outfit questions or suggestions, as well. One suggestion I usually give is to have two levels of dressy – a casual outfit and a bit dressier outfit as well. Above all, make sure they’re comfortable clothes, which Matt & Kayla clearly chose! You don’t want to be worrying about your clothes when you’re looking into each others’ eyes :)This park bench was in the perfect spot for that evening glow.Thank you, Matt and Kayla, for such a fun engagement session!
