On an unusually warm but beautiful fall day, Hillary and Corbin said their wedding vows at the beautiful Abby Manor! They chose such a gorgeous rustic venue in the country and it was perfect for their personalities. While looking through blog posts recently, I discovered their photos are missing from this blog post! Their wedding holds special place in my heart, so I will leave this post up with the (one?) photo that was still there, and you can view the rest on my Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1198109356916901&type=3.
Hillary’s gown was stunning! I may have also been a bit jealous of the hanger she had….Lyssa and her staff from Make Me Up did a great job with the Hillary and her ladies’ makeup! Hillary had her hair done earlier in the day by Paige at Hairport Salon.I loved Hillary’s bouquet by Sweet Pea’s! The table arrangements were also lovely on the unique spool tables.
Hillary and her bridesmaids had so much fun getting ready in Abby Manor’s lovely bridal suite! I loved the matching robes!Hillary’s mama helped her put on her gown! This is a great example of how important it is for your mom’s schedule to coordinate with yours. Hillary’s mom was able to have her hair and makeup ready and her dress on so that she could look her best for these photos too!
This was one of the windiest days I have ever photographed a wedding on, but Hillary and her ladies took it all in stride and looked beautiful anyway!
Hillary and Corbin chose not to see each other before the ceremony, so we took a moment for them to be together during photos!
Corbin’s groomsmen were so much fun! They made my job easy and clearly had fun spending time together.
It was finally time for Hillary to walk down the aisle! I love the sweet boy’s enthusiasm, as he knew how excited Corbin was to see Hillary.
Isn’t this such a lovely location for a wedding!?
A short & sweet ceremony later, Hillary and Corbin were officially married! We took some time for photos of Hillary & Corbin’s family, bridal party, and then the two of them together before heading off to the reception.
Hillary and Corbin are such a gorgeous couple!
I loved the fall display at the entrance to the barn! The decor was a perfect blend of upscale and rustic.
The reception began with Hillary and Corbin’s first dance before guests dined on a delicious southern meal by Sloppy Pig Catering.Sounds of a Lifetime DJ created a fun reception that kicked off with the father/daughter and mother/son dances!
We caught a few photos at sunset before it was time to cut the cakes!Susan Worley did a beautiful job creating their cakes, and they were delicious, too!
Hillary & Corbin kept their guests entertained during a fun cake cutting, and it even stayed off her dress!
The guests enjoyed the evening before it wrapped up with the bouquet and garter tosses.
The garter toss was a *little* extreme, but fortunately no one was hurt! The guests sent the newlyweds off with a sparkler exit, which was especially fun in the windy conditions they had!Congratulations, Hillary and Corbin! Thank you so much for asking me to be your wedding photographer. It was such a beautiful day, and I’m so happy for the two of you!
