I have loved watching Stephen & Leah’s relationship grow. They are both very special people and their heart for the Lord is so encouraging to me! Of course, their wedding day was an absolutely beautiful celebration of their time together so far and their commitment to the journey ahead.
Leah had her makeup done at her home before she finished getting ready at the Sonnet House. This wedding was also special for me because they chose the venue where my husband and I got married four years ago!
It was so fun returning to the Sonnet House again to work with Ellen and Jared. It’s a beautiful venue and the staff is great! The bouquets were set up so beautifully on the back porch!
The bridal suite is a perfect location for photos.
Stephen and Leah chose to do a first look (which I highly recommend!) and the gardens to the side of the house worked perfectly.
I love their complementary colors!
What a beautiful backdrop the house made for Leah’s big entrance!
The ceremony site is my favorite thing about the Sonnet House!Stephen and Leah met while students at Auburn. I loved the personal touch the Toomer’s Lemonade Stand added to their wedding (and the Jordan Hare engagement photo we took!).
Leah’s sweet sister caught the bouquet! It could not have been more perfect.
Their family and friends wished them well with beautiful-smelling lavender!
Stephen and Leah, I can’t thank you enough for asking me to be your photographer! It was a privilege to be a part of such a beautiful, love-filled day. Congratulations!
