I love couples that appreciate taking the time to get professional photos done. I think it’s important whether you’re dating or have been married for ten years. There’s several reasons why, but one of my favorite reasons is how much those photos will mean in 50 years. I love looking at old family photos and know someday I’ll love looking back at mine! …Anyway, back to 2013… Josh & Patricia knew they wanted some good photos together, and I was so glad when Josh asked me about it! I just discovered the Forest Ecology Preserve thanks to a good friend and so I knew where I wanted to take them.
I love this awesome bottle tree! Very southern.
The walls of this barn could not have been any more awesome! It’s barely standing, but I’m SO GLAD it is!
Favorite time of day… I love this light so much!
More of that light…
Fun fact about Patricia: I love her last name. I’ll refrain from posting it publicly, for.. you know, safety and all. But just know it’s awesome.
They may have been getting a little cold at this point… I was all bundled up and still chilly, so I don’t know how they did it!
I had such a great time with this adorable couple! The Ecology Preserve is a really great location and just a few miles from my house, so I really love it. The only downside is that they don’t allow dogs, which means poor Benji won’t ever get to go!
Call today if you’re interested in booking a session just for fun! Josh & Patricia chose a mini-session, which was perfect for what they were looking for. I’d love to create some memories with you and your loved one :)
