What a fun turn of events this wedding was! Sommer photographed my cousin’s wedding several years ago at this exact location, and I was part of the bridal party for her wedding. It was such an honor to be Sommer and Eliott’s wedding photographer! Sommer and I lived together when I was in college and I’m thankful for the friendship she has given me these past few years. I’m so thankful she and Eliott found each other, and I look forward to “growing old” together! :)
Sommer planned a beautiful beach wedding, and the day could not have been more perfect! The beach house her family had was a lovely place to get ready. Blossoms by Bev did a great job with her pink rose bouquet! The flowers were even transported from her hometown in North Alabama.
Isn’t she stunning!?!
Her new sister-in-law did a great job with her hair and makeup!
Sommer designed her dress in her mind and was able to have it created! It was perfect for her.
Eliott chose a fun group of groomsmen to celebrate his day with!
Sommer’s adorable nephew had the whole crowd laughing. “I’m coming Eliott!”
Steve & Sommer looked so happy as he walked her down the aisle!
Sommer’s grandfather began the ceremony with a prayer.
The cakes were beautiful – and delicious! Hers was strawberry and his was funfetti! Suzanne of Suzanne’s Bakery & Eatery did a marvelous job with the food and cakes. Her food is always amazing.
This wedding cake server was a gift from Sommer’s dad after a trip overseas. It was the most beautiful server I’ve ever seen!
Sommer and Eliott were on their way to Jamaica! She took lots of beautiful photos during her honeymoon in paradise!
Of course, we had to get a few photos at sunset – it was such a beautiful location for a wedding!
Congratulations, Eliott and Sommer! You are a wonderful couple and I’m so thankful I know you. I wish you the best as you begin your life together! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day.
